Our Process
Initial Consultation & Authorization
First step is to see if you qualify and if it makes sense! Schedule an appointment to see if it's the right fit for you! Once you have decided to make the switch we will handle everything from there while keeping you up to date on the status of your project.
Day 1
Site Audit
Once everything is finalized we will complete a site audit to ensure no additional work is needed to complete the project. We will look at the roof, meter, and breaker box making sure everything is in good working order.
Week 1-2
Design & Permitting
After everything is cleared to go we will finish up the design and apply for permits with local municipalities and/or HOA's. This is the part of the process that can take the longest. We are waiting for 3rd parties to connect with us.
Week 2-5
Utility Connection
At this step we have gotten approval with HOA's and local entities. The next step is to connect with the utility company and complete the interconnection application.
Week 5-6
Installation and PTO
Congratulations! We have made it through all the paperwork and we are ready for install! Install can take 1-2 days depending on the project. Once we install we will schedule inspection. After inspection is cleared then we will achieve Permission to Operate (PTO)!
